Jenn, originally from California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, recently made the move to Costa Rica. Her professional journey spans hotel ownership, sales, marketing, and business strategy. She has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of several startups and expanding businesses, including White Noise, Shango, Danny George Motorsports, and WreckHouse LLC. In 2010, Jenn co-founded a fundraising organization dedicated to supporting a professional race car program that competed in prominent televised series such as Formula Drift, Global Time Attack, and Pikes Peak. As Director of Operations for Danny George Motorsports, she drove the team’s success both on and off the track, earning recognition for exceptional team building and operational excellence. In 2016, Jenn joined Shango Premium Cannabis as Director of Sales, stepping into the rapidly growing cannabis industry. She played a key role in boosting sales and contributing to the launch of additional locations across multiple states, cementing Shango’s reputation as a leading national brand. By 2023, Jenn had embraced a new challenge, becoming the owner and operator of White Noise, a Butterfly Sanctuary and River Retreat in Costa Rica. Leveraging her early career experience working in Las Vegas hotels, she brought her expertise in marketing, customer service, logistics, and business strategy to this venture. Jenn is known for her ability to understand customer needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver innovative solutions. She lives by the principle that true service comes from sincerity and integrity, inspired by Don Alden Adams’ quote: “To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” As a business owner, Jenn believes in the power of people to drive success.
