About Jenn Granahan

I am the Founder and Executive Director of Safe Harbor, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring dignity and providing comfort to survivors of sexual assault. Based in Nashville, TN, Safe Harbor partners with hospitals to provide essential clothing kits and resource guides, offering survivors the compassion and support they need during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. With nearly two decades of experience in leadership, growth strategy, and operations, I’ve dedicated my career to building and scaling impactful organizations. My work is driven by a deep passion for community, mentorship, and creating safe spaces for healing and empowerment. At Safe Harbor, we are launching our first program in 2025, with plans to expand across Tennessee and beyond by 2026. Our mission is to not only meet survivors' immediate needs but also to provide a pathway to recovery by connecting them with vital mental health, physical health, and legal resources.
