About Jenn Will

With a background in Intercultural Studies, I excel in identifying people's values and leveraging that knowledge to help them thrive or resolve conflicts. As the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Spurgeon College and coach of a homeschool high school team, I have honed my leadership and mentoring skills. My experience serving overseas in various capacities, particularly caring for children in extreme poverty, has instilled in me a deep passion for serving others. I thrive in environments that prioritize people and am actively involved in my local church community. Known for my exceptional administration skills and meticulous attention to detail, I approach every task with dedication and pride in my work. I am constantly seeking ways to improve myself and the organizations I work for, offering creative ideas for betterment. My ultimate goal is to serve others wholeheartedly in all that I do.
