With over two years of experience as a Specialist Functional Development at Nestlé Health Science, I am a passionate and versatile professional who combines technical, operational, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality training and development programs for the site. I am also a SAP Core Super User for three sites, providing training and support in different areas and subareas of the system. My core competencies include needs assessment, skills matrix, training strategy, curriculum design, content development, deployment, delivery, and evaluation. I also have a strong background in cross-cultural communications, having studied in Germany and Japan. I am driven by the mission of Nestlé Health Science to empower healthier lives through nutrition and innovation, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
