About Jenna Decou

With over a decade of experience, I provide expansive and affirming mental health care and coaching for all people. Together with my clients, I use the power of relationship to cultivate a brave space in which to utilize evidenced-based interventions to support the development of awareness, understanding, healing, and growth. While we don’t always have a choice in that which we learn, I believe we have full control of that which we either choose to unlearn, or choose to carry with us moving forward. Sometimes, unhelpful beliefs, certain patterns of behavior, or hard-wired habits from the past get in the way of our path forward. I bring a heightened level of awareness to ways in which my clients might be getting in their own way. Together, we clear the path for a new and fulfilling way forward, towards a values-based life filled with intention, autonomy, and joy. My specialities include individual, culturally responsive therapy, workplace coaching for women in tech, empowering members of the LGBTQIA+ community, identity exploration and formation, phase-of-life transitions, relationship development, healing from disordered eating, preventing burnout in a productivity-focused world, and breaking down barriers.
