About Jenna Downey

Jenna is a strategy-focused operator with a background in higher education leadership, business development, and edtech market expansion. With experience leading institutional partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and program design, she’s passionate about solving complex, human-centered challenges through systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and deep stakeholder alignment. Her work spans multi-million-dollar recruitment portfolios, new vertical growth, and the development of scalable tools that improve access, equity, and student success. She is currently completing an MBA at Dalhousie University, further deepening her expertise in organizational strategy and change. Jenna’s graduate research explored the role of mindfulness in high-performance environments, understanding how systems can either facilitate or undermine human flourishing. This work, along with her experience as a varsity athlete and coach, continues to shape her approach to leadership, resilience, and well-being. She brings a performance mindset grounded in empathy and purpose, combining grit, adaptability, and reflective thinking to drive outcomes in dynamic environments.
