With a robust background in nursing leadership, encompassing roles as a Director of Nursing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and currently Clinical Operations Manager, I've honed the skills necessary to lead teams with compassion and expertise. Prior to my transition into nursing, I had a broad base of healthcare experiences including conducting psychological testing and assessments within nursing home settings, to sterile processing in hospitals, and direct patient care responsibilities. Throughout my journey, I've contributed to the well-being of older adults across various settings, including post-acute rehabilitation and palliative/ hospice care. My guiding philosophy revolves around acknowledging the interconnectedness of each individual's health journey. By embracing factors such as family dynamics, cultural background, and environmental influences, I strive to provide tailored recommendations that empower providers and the patients they serve.
