About Jenna Foreman

I have a passion for all things Project Management. Working as a Project Manager at UKG (formerly Kronos), I’ve had the experience of managing many successful large-scale time and attendance software implementations ranging from small/medium businesses to large enterprise customers. I create detailed project plans to effectively manage every aspect of the project, including communication plan, budget management, governance, executive summary, schedule, risks assessment and customer success. I am passionate about advocating for my customers internally while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, customer support, sales, engineering, and finance. Throughout my time at UKG, I’ve learned how to assign a wide range of tasks based on skills, experience and availability while clearly communicating priorities as well as helping my team adjust workload as needed. My dedication to hitting deadlines, setting expectations early on, and identifying and mitigating risks has helped me lead expedited and successful software implementations. Growing up with three older brothers as well as being a collegiate athlete has instilled a competitive drive in me. I thrive to continuously compete with myself to be better than I was yesterday; continuing to learn and widen my experience to help better service my customers and internal team members. Growing up playing a multitude of sports has taught me many intangible skills such as time management, perseverance, collaboration, and leading a team. I continue to be involved with sports (playing and watching) and enjoy the continuous lessons it can teach me that I can incorporate within Project Management and leading projects. Outside of work, I love to meet new people and be involved in my community. I currently reside in the Indianapolis area and am actively seeking out new opportunities where I can be involved or volunteer at.
