A mentor asked me 'at the end of the day, what is it that gives you that true sense of accomplishment. What is it that re-energizes you for the next day?' People and puzzles. I love people who love to learn and my passion for developing people and supporting their personal growth is something that gives me great joy. This includes my own learning as well; connecting with people with diverse strengths and experiences builds perspective and opportunity. When people are inspired and supported to develop, the limits of what once was 'our best' expands and drives a new vision of what's possible. Unscrambling a roadblock, connecting the dots, and creating meaningful order from overwhelming chaos are all types of puzzles I love. This is what gives me one of the strongest senses of satisfaction and fuels my internal drive for quality work. This strong vision of order and comprehension amid disorganization and uncertainty has proven to be a strong asset to the teams I've worked with.
