With over 10 years of customer service experience, I've honed my skills in building strong relationships and leading teams to success. My journey has been one of constant growth and learning. While working full-time and attending school, I made the Dean's list and recently earned a promotion to Financial Service Officer 2. These achievements are a testament to my determination, accountability, and reliability. I recently graduated from Northern Illinois University (NIU) with my Bachelor's degree.
