About Jenna Haring

I am a recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law and current employee of Robins Kaplan LLP. My legal experience ranges from senior-level professional staff in medical malpractice to mediating in housing court to supervised practice in criminal defense. During 2L, I wrote my long paper on the the negative impact of emergency arbitration on bilateral investment treaties. My thesis statement was,"Emergency arbitration is a barrier to due process because its concepts are applied inconsistently, allowing the investor to be at an advantage over the state. Institutional rules, such as the New York Convention, should amend or add language to ensure consistency across the board, ensuring a fair outcome for the state and investor in bilateral investment treaties." The paper focused on Moldova. I love to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes to increase efficiency and maximize productivity.
