I am a versatile and results-driven professional with a strong background in project management, marketing, and event coordination, complemented by leadership experience in both customer-facing and operational roles. Over the course of my career, I have successfully managed a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing high-performing teams, coordinating large-scale events, driving marketing initiatives, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. While attending college, I worked at my university's on-campus coffee shop and was promoted to manager after just one semester. In this role, I successfully managed daily operations, led a team of baristas, and streamlined inventory and customer service processes to boost both sales and profitability. My leadership focused on creating a high-quality experience for customers while fostering a positive work environment for staff. After graduating and playing four years of collegiate soccer, I decided to take a seasonal position as the Soccer Director at Camp Chenawanda. I led a team of coaches and developed a successful soccer program for a summer camp with over 500 kids, helping them develop their skills while ensuring safety, engagement, and fun. I also implemented strategies that improved team performance and operational efficiency, leading to increased camper interest in our soccer program. Currently as a Marketing Project Manager & Event Coordinator at AP Lazer I plan and execute over 10 major tradeshows and events annually, managing logistics, coordinating with our sales and accounting departments, and tracking ROI to ensure that campaigns contributed to significant business growth. I use HubSpot and other marketing tools to analyze data and refine strategies, boosting lead generation and engagement. I am also responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring that marketing projects are delivered on time and successfully. Whether I’m leading a team, managing high-profile projects, or analyzing marketing data, I’m always focused on driving results and creating lasting value.
