About Jenna Middlebrooks

I specialize in health promotion, disease prevention (HPDP) program evaluations. I have experience in programs addressing oral health, prescription drug misuse and abuse, and developmental circus arts in various populations and settings (rural, FQHC, Native American, telehealth).I am passionate about inter-professional healthcare education and was the catalyst for an international program between ETSU IPERC and the Center for Development in Central America (Nicaragua). I co-founded the Native American Pre-Dental Student Gateway Program at University at Buffalo. I have also mentored and proctored several MPH students focusing on healthcare administration and quality improvement. I am a professional dancer and choreographer, currently performing with the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus.
