I am deeply committed to providing essential welfare and wellbeing support to our front-line military personnel and their immediate families and our Veteran's. I am dedicated to training and development and have completed Performance Coaching, from Foundation level to intimidate and advanced with Performance Consultants International (PCI), the pioneers of the performance coaching. At present working towards ICF accreditations- Proven experience in working within highly challenging environments, including, the prison service, military and vulnerable groups- Specialise in offering crucial welfare and wellbeing support to our front-line military personnel and their families- Adept at navigating challenging and fast-paced situations with resilience, strategic thinking and composure- Proven coaching expertise to enhance individual and team performance in high-stakes environments. I am committed to respecting individual dignity, nurturing meaningful relationships, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and competence.
