I'm a Registered Dietitian with 16 years of experience in hospitals and nonprofits, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for almost any health concern imaginable. I have a wealth of experience offering culturally-competent, body-positive, LGBT+ friendly nutrition counseling. During the 9 years at my previous job, roughly 75% of my patients were Black, Latino/a, and/or Asian; and over half identified as LGBT+. I have worked with unhoused people, CEOs, and every socioeconomic bracket between.I offer a compassionate, empathetic, whole-person approach to nutrition counseling. I will listen to your goals and preferences, never pressuring you to take steps you’re not ready for. I view our time together as a partnership.
