About Jenna Noem

Jenna serves as the Chief Executive Officer and one of the Founding Partners of Nuclear Care Partners (NCP). Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO; her early experiences in healthcare were in psychiatric nursing and then as an intensive care nurse. Although Jenna valued her time in critical care, she found her true calling in healthcare leadership and a true passion for serving former atomic workers. Jenna co-founded NCP in 2011, a modest beginning with two employees. Currently, NCP is a national industry leader, with hundreds of employees and operations in more than a dozen states. Jenna currently serves on Community Hospital's Board of Trustees, and formerly served on the Community Hospital Foundation Board, the Colorado Mesa University Alumni Board, and the Strive Foundation Board. She is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). Throughout her career, Jenna has worked to balance having four children and her passion for nursing and leadership. As the Chief Executive Officer at NCP, she enjoys being able to inspire others in the specialized healthcare arena.
