About Jenna Polomsky

I’ve always been split between two strengths: logic puzzles and human connection. I started out as a math major in college, drawn to problem-solving and structure. But I also craved creativity and connection, so I left school and built a career as a hairdresser, a role that sharpened my ability to listen, build trust, and make people feel understood. Eventually, I found my way into automation and analytics, where those two sides finally came together. Today, I design scalable automation and analytics solutions that simplify complex financial processes, save teams hundreds of hours, and give leaders clearer visibility into their business. At BCG, I’ve delivered projects that not only improved efficiency and compliance, but made life easier for the teams who rely on them.What makes me different in a data-heavy industry is that I don’t just design workflows and dashboards. I design solutions for people. My approach balances analytical rigor with genuine relationships, ensuring that what I build isn’t just technically sound, but also embraced and valued by the people who use it.I believe you can be approachable, collaborative, and unapologetically yourself—and still be highly technical and capable of driving transformation in spaces that haven’t always made room for that mix. That’s the perspective I bring to every project I take on.
