About Jenna Roberts

I am a people person. I enjoy working and connecting with people; sharing knowledge and learning from one another. I have recently completed my HRM certificate with Humber College and am excited to begin and grow my career as an HR professional. I am all about learning and growing; expanding yourself to your highest potential. In my current position, as an Education Assistant, the opportunity for development and advancement does not suit my desires. My time in this role has allowed me to utilize and grow my natural abilities in communication, understanding others and working independently and as a team. I have also been able to practice and improve my problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills while defusing stressful/overstimulating situations. Between being an Education Assistant and working many years in Customer Service as a Server, I have developed a number of transferable skills I can bring with me anywhere I go. I am quick to learn, adaptable and love engaging in new experiences and opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors; hiking, paddle boarding, bike rides, beach days and traveling when I can. I also find relaxation in journaling, reading and listening to music. I look forward to connecting!
