About Jenna Schaefer

I'm a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and domestic violence/narcissistic abuse. I received my bachelors degree in psychology (BA) from the University of Wisconsin in 2016 and my Master of Science (MS) degree from the same institution in 2020. I have a background in clinical research. My research focused on OCD/anxiety disorders. I've authored several posters and given several presentations on my research. I currently work full-time with adults who are diagnosed with OCD and complex anxiety disorders for virtual IOP/PHP levels of care. Forward directions include expanding into private practice and consultation. In addition to my clinical work, I am an educator, content creator, and YouTuber. I upload regular mental health related content on YouTube and other social platforms with the goal of providing enhanced education and support. I enjoy collaborating with other clinicians in order to enhance widespread awareness and education in the field of mental health and online content.
