Schembri, a third-generation roofer who built our family company from the ground up over 40 years ago. Our Operations Manager, Tim Preston, brings over 30 years of roofing experience and has been a key part of Weathertight for more than 20 years. He oversees project scheduling, material ordering, permit coordination, and field supervision to ensure jobs run efficiently and safely. My brother, Jake Schembri, has over 20 years of experience and has grown up in the roofing industry alongside our company. He handles estimates for both repairs and reroofs, manages our advertising efforts, and plays a vital role in quality control to ensure every project meets our company’s high standards.
