About Jenna Scifo

As an instructional coach and admissions and marketing coordinator at Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation (CLEF), I combine my passion for education with my skills in leadership, communication, and strategy. I hold a Master of Education degree from Liberty University and have over 20 years of experience in the field of education, both as a teacher and a director. In my coaching role, I support the professional development and growth of teachers and staff at our networking schools, using evidence-based practices and innovative strategies to enhance the teaching and learning of children and adults. I have helped implement several curriculum and assessment initiatives, such as the MAP Growth and NWEA, and facilitated multiple workshops and trainings on topics such as differentiation, literacy, and technology. In my admissions and marketing role, I leverage my expertise in growing enrollment, creating strategic plans, and building teams. I have successfully increased the student population, retention rate, and diversity of our schools, thanks to the collaboration and partnership with various stakeholders and communities. I am a firm believer that leadership is an opportunity to serve, and I strive to embody this value in everything I do.
