About Jenna Serrano

I am a sophomore at San Diego State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Integrated Marketing Communications at the Fowler College of Business. As a freshman, I served as a Representative on the Dorm Hall Council and increased community inclusivity through social events, tabling, and collaboration with peers for more than 250 students. I also joined The Women's Network as an event coordinator and planned meetings that cultivated engagement and awareness for women in the workplace. My involvement in Women in Business, American Marketing Association, Public Relations Student Society of America, and Young Life fostered my sense of curiosity and adaptability within large organizations. Now as an intern for SDSU’s Sports Marketing Department, I gained experience in marketing campaigns, game operations, and media content creation for football, women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, women’s swim and dive, women's water polo, lacrosse, softball, and baseball. Branding for companies with values of community cultivation is key to building lasting impact. With my skills, I look forward to joining motivated teams at in-house marketing agencies, cosmetic companies, and vineyard industries. I hope to be continuously inspired by peers and provide services to consumers that personally align with company standards, ideals, and goals.
