I am a strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader. My work is centered around making positive impacts on people and organizations. I use data-driven and outcome-driven approaches to create alignment, solve complex problems, and to ultimately create spaces where people and organizations can thrive. I enjoy supporting and developing leaders to foster a culture of trust, psychological safety, and belonging on their teams. Throughout my career I have developed and advised on varying programs and practices to help mature DEI within an organization. My background and expertise include: Data surveying and analysis: Employee engagement, climate/organizational, focus groups/interviews Benchmarking, DEI strategic alignment, and goal setting ERG scalability and sustainability DEI training and development programs Accessibility and disability inclusion Leadership support and inclusive decision-making Cross-collaboration Employee champion: Helping everyone feel heard, valued, and seen
