About Jenna Testani

My career has always centered on creating meaningful experiences for people. I started in hospitality at sixteen, scooping ice cream and learning how genuine connection can turn an ordinary moment into something memorable. From there, I worked my way through the hospitality industry as a server, bartender, bar manager, event supervisor, assistant general manager, and eventually general manager. At every stage, I looked for ways to improve service, strengthen teams, and lead with care. Joining Canucks Sports & Entertainment marked an important turning point. As Experience Manager, Hospitality, and later as Manager of Development and Engagement, I shifted my focus from serving guests to supporting the people who make those experiences possible. That role helped me see the direct link between engagement, culture, and the quality of service delivered. Today, as an Organizational Development and Employee Experience Specialist in the post-secondary sector, I bring that same mindset to higher education. My work involves building programs that strengthen belonging, recognition, and professional growth for staff and faculty. I help teams connect their everyday work to purpose, translating engagement insights into meaningful action. Across every chapter of my career, one belief has guided me: when people feel valued and supported, they create experiences that make a difference.
