I am a Family Law Specialist and solicitor Mediator, Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland. I am also a trained Collaborative Lawyer and a member of the Family Law Association. On a daily basis I advise, private and legally aided clients, in relation to a wide range of Family Law matters such as child law (residence/contact and child protection), financial matters arising from separation, divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, Children's Hearings, adoption and protective orders such as Domestic Abuse Interdicts. My aim is to resolve matters as swiftly and amicably as possible for clients, particularly if there are child law matters to be dealt with. If appropriate, I encourage my clients to use alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation or collaboration.
