Jenna has spent the past 12 years acquiring and honing her skills in providing advanced solutions to Defense clients using emerging technologies. Embracing the core values of innovation, education, and evolution—Jenna is deeply passionate about helping companies thrive in the new Digital Era with technological improvements in education; STEM initiatives; and leveraging emerging technologies to improve HR, Sales and Product Development practices. These passions coupled with a diverse experiential portfolio allows Jenna to lead Modest Tree in Global Business Development and strategic growth initiatives as the company’s Executive Vice President. Graduating with a Honors Bachelor’s Degree from the University from Central Florida and industrial Internships gave Jenna the expertise and knowledge base to launch a diverse career that has ranged from: Design Engineer, Contractual Paralegal, and Program Manager to Strategic Proposal Manager and Business Development Professional in RDT & E and Simulation and Training. Her distinct and varied background has allowed her to become a leader with the AR, VR industry and often lends her expertise to various speaking engagements and conferences to include the following presentations in 2021; World Aviation Training Symposium (WATS) Missouri Society for Human Resource Managers (MOSHRM), TEAR 3M, The International Conference on Maritime Security & Defense (MS & D)- As well as upcoming speaker engagements at the European Aviation Training Symposium (EATS) and I/ITSEC.
