Having the opportunity within the financial industry, I bring a variety of experiences and knowledge to my current role as a business analyst in IT. Previously working in sales, customer service, lending administration, retail lending, and contact center services. I provide a superior level of service delivery as the primary contact between business units, and information technology stakeholders, and I act as a liaison between the developer or third-party vendor and our end users. Working with business units by initiating problem-solving processes to develop a thorough understanding. Performing comprehensive systems analysis to determine business units' current and future requirements, opportunities, and priorities. I Help educate and train business users to implement best practices and leverage technology investments. I am motivated in driving meaningful change through new processes and software implementation.
