About Jennalee Burch

Taking on new projects, programs or portfolios is a fun challenge for me. I love to help others, to create and optimize projects that matter. To do this, I focus on delivering results, building amazing teams and quickly adapting (and encouraging) positive change. My personal and professional experiences have taught me a few things about myself- I am resilient and capable of taking on many challenges- I can move across the world, manage a program in a foreign market, make it my new home and scale up my portfolio- I am constantly educating, refining and driving myself to achieve more- I can manage change, align and grow teams of 5-25 people.(Maybe more if given the chance!)- I love winning, but coaching others to win brings me greater joy- I put my team first. The customer/client is at the center of our focus, but if I take care of my staff first, then they will take care of everyone else- I excel at developing and delivering big events and big ideas- I am decisive and I'm willing to make the tough call as long as it's the right call.
