About Jennefer Rivera

Jenefer Rivera, Human Resources Professional, with 16 + years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations. My level of experience starts with the knowledge to foster unique ideas that contribute unparalleled success to any organization such as "The Hispanic Heritage Association" in which I serve as the Vice President. Today, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Human Resources management, with a minor in Employment Law. My passion is to continue my education by pursuing my Law degree. I currently service underprivileged communities with advocacy and educational services as a member of HHA. Our organization also serves the community educating with DEI, cultural connections, and resources. In addition, to my work with HHA, I serve as a Professional in Human Resources and People Operations, currently for Advance Auto Parts. I am a proud mother of 2 children, wife, daughter, sister, and servant leader! As the market changes, I offer a new lens on organizational strategies that adapt to the new diverse working population. My experience stems from the capabilities and desire to deliver impactful career‐related content to any type of organization, along with high‐performing strategic‐thinking plans in areas such as Labor relations, team engagement, change management, and education.
