I am a Positive Team Player with Management experience of 6 years. I have restructured a small business, financially, accounts payable, expenses: decreasing expenses. I created a shopping website from the ground up using weebly.com. I have created, maintained a Google Business Page. Using MailChimp, I have created an email list and sending out marketing emails. I created a Step by Step instructions on how to internally process online orders using our website and our Point of Sale System, allowing all staff to be able to complete online orders. I have extensive customer service experience dealing with all types of people, on the phone and in person. I believe and strive to give the best customer service to all. I have maintained Inventory in store and in the POS System ensuring accuracy for weekly ordering purposes. I have trained staff on all aspects of the business, so we could be a better, strong accurate productive team. No matter, what our job titles, we were all equal. I have plenty of data entry experience learning, POS Systems, Indy Soft, Sage Business and more. I create estimates and purchase orders for customers.
