Approaching every challenge with pure enthusiasm, I am a highly driven individual who values all opportunity to acquire new challenges and prospects. My passion and interests lie in health and nutrition, which is a topic I enjoy educating and empowering others about. I consistently hold a professional and confident approach, and throughout my experience, I have gained confidence and invaluable communication skills. I value myself as a very adaptable person, confident in my ability to use my initiative and time management skills to identify and prioritise my work. As a Nutritional Therapist, I help individuals who feel disconnected from themselves to learn how to nourish their mind and body through a nutrition and lifestyle programme so they can live a fulfilled life. My job is to get to the root cause of the client's health challenges. I explore the client's history, diet, lifestyle, mind-set, movement, sleep, stress management and more. This often involves functional diagnostic testing to identify any potential underlying factors at play. I then support the client with what nutrition and lifestyle changes need to be made. To ensure success and sustainability, I coach clients through each step, setting SMART goals and identifying any potential barriers and together, coming up with manageable solutions so that it the client feels it is at their own pace.
