About Jenni Lippitt

Working with the Alexander Company has given me the opportunity to take 16 years of property management experience and use them to set a new standard of quality and efficiency to the affordable housing industry through the re-development of historic or otherwise abandoned buildings. As Vice President for Property Management, I oversee all site operations and employees across six states. For the past 5 years, I have developed and implemented new policies and procedures, hiring practices, software conversions and best practices for not only the Property Management department, but The Alexander Company as a whole. I also oversee our compliance department, responsible for federal, state and local program regulation compliance. Maximizing financial performance under limitations and uncertainty in a constantly changing environment has given me and my team the opportunity to rise to any occasion. I see problems as opportunities. I enjoy going to work everyday to see what new challenges await. And as I do, I look around at the people around me, who all in unison buckle their seatbelt and say,"lets go!"
