About Jenni Pansio

In my studies I have learned among other things on project management, networks and collaboration, as well as operations at fields of business and administration, with an international aspect. Previously at Finla Työterveys, as a part of customer relations team, my days consisted of collaborating with our current customers and cooperation network, managing contracts, making tenders for private and public procurement, preparing different reports for management and, last but not least, working together with other teams and specialists in our organization. In Spring 2022, I shifted from private sector to the municipal administration of the city of Vantaa. In my current position as Administrative specialist I am responsible of arranging and organizing Urban culture committee's meetings, conferences and events. In addition to committee-related tasks, I am responsible in our department for coordinating citizen and city council initiatives, organizing grant handlers' meetings, as well as organizing meetings for a task group promoting bilingual program. I also participate in acquirement and development projects, work closely with different stakeholders such as local politicians and various third sector organization representatives, as well as collaborate with other departments in city of Vantaa. Whether I worked in public or private sector, my work has demanded ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and work under tight schedules, as well as qualities such as independency, resilience and being solution oriented.
