I am a customer-focused generalist with over 15 years of experience in customer service, office administration, and CRM-based support across non-profit, financial, and tourism sectors. My background combines hands-on customer service with operational coordination, including invoicing, reporting and day-to-day office and store management. I’ve worked in a range of dynamic environments—from coordinating group travel logistics in the tourism industry to handling daily banking services at S-Pankki and, most recently, providing administrative and customer support at the Finnish Red Cross. I enjoy problem-solving, and creating memorable customer experiences through efficient and empathetic service. I have a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Outside of work, I am a nature enthusiast and passionate traveler with a curiosity for different cultures and ways of life.
