As the leader of Executive Communications, my goal is to promote the success of SAS through informing, engaging and inspiring audiences with effective communication. In my previous role, I was the managing editor of a digital newsletter sent biweekly to SAS team members globally. I also provided consulting, writing, editing, SharePoint, PowerPoint, webcast, podcast, blog, speech writing, project management, event planning and social media support to our CMO, CSOs and SVPs of Sales located across the globe. My proudest accomplishment in 2021 was producing our first 100% virtual sales kickoff event with participants. I had the opportunity to build a content-rich agenda, write scripts, create live polling questions, promote audience engagement on Yammer, produce customer videos and collaborate with a talented global team. More than 80% of survey respondents rated the agenda and format above average or excellent, which was a great achievement for the entire planning team and our CSOs.
