About Jennifer Bailey
For over 20 years I have been supporting small business entrepreneurs in their business start-up. It started with a career in banking before beginning my own entrepreneurial experience at the age of 28, training as an esthetician and starting a salon (Sephoria Salon & Spa) in 2004. That also led me to training as a Life coach and being self employed in various other small businesses over the years. However, it was ultimately the salon business that led me to Community Futures Entre-Corp where I began helping other business start-ups with training, and business plan advice for nearly 12 years. As I truly believe with everything in life, every experience leads you to the next experience and that led me to the next phase of my career supporting small business as a relationship manager providing business financing in our community. I’m now very fortunate to be back at RBC to grow my lending career in their amazing program for small business markets. I look forward to using my own entrepreneurial experience and knowledge to support the clients and businesses at RBC in the years to come.
