Hi there! I am a seasoned Project and operations Management Professional with over 5 years of experience in the field of coordination and management. My expertise has allowed me to master a number of industries: healthcare, higher education, and financial management to name a few. Throughout my career, I've consistently demonstrated a strong aptitude for analytical and technical tasks, coupled with a knack for systemizing organizational strategies to enhance workflow, processes, and ultimately, outcomes through innovative leadership. Most recently, I've bolstered my credentials with a Foundations of Project Management Certificate from Google, a testament to my commitment to professional growth and excellence in project management.My educational journey led me to Montclair State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. During my time at the university, I held leadership roles such as President of the MSU Residence Hall Association and served as a Peer Leader for Freshman Health Classes. These experiences not only enriched my personal growth but also honed my leadership and mentorship skills. Further enhancing my professional tool box. At this present time, I am an Operations Leader at Princeton Eye Group. In this capacity, I serve as the practice's lead project management associate, overseeing critical aspects of internal communication and the services lifecycle. My responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including the meticulous scheduling of over 350 quarterly appointments, the vigilant management of post-service matters, and the effective coordination of outcomes with our valued third-party partners. This role has allowed me to master the project management lifecycle from end to end. Including, but not limited to risk mitigation, quality assurance, service delivery, and internal communications. I thrive in high-paced environments and relish the challenge of optimizing operations and guiding teams to achieve their maximum potential.
