I'm a burnout buster, therapist advocate, and expert mental health consultant. I help therapists and service providers find careers that sustain their lives. With more than two decades of experience in the mental health field, I am a licensed psychologist who is highly respected for my inquisitiveness, thoughtfulness, and goal-driven approach. As a consultant, I utilize my expertise to offer a unique perspective on neurodiversity, allowing for a deeper comprehension of psychology, education, and counseling. I am also a certified EMDR therapist with advanced training in trauma and stress-response. My services include training, speaking engagements, and expert consultations, all focused on examining how trauma affects both individuals and organizations. Furthermore, as a consulting school psychologist, I possess extensive knowledge of neurodiversity. I am also certified as a brain injury specialist, having completed my residency in Neuropsychology. Moreover, with over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, I provide consultation services for burnout and business-related matters. Ultimately, my greatest joy lies in assisting other psychologists, counselors, and helpers in overcoming obstacles and moving forward.
