So, a BDC Director and an Internet Director - Two different titles in which one focuses on lead handling, setting and confirming appointments, database mining, unsold showroom follow up, repeat customer campaigns and emarketing. They must be a MASTER at CRM, workflows, lead assignment rules, sources, built in/customized processes etc- in order to drive more and more traffic and revenue to your dealership. The other will also handle internet leads, follow up, internet pricing and desking, website management and all backend admin, pricing rules, for vendor accounts and providers. They have budget control, and the competence and authority to decide for and implement necessary changes keeping the dealerships brand and operations in compliance. There is obviously so much more to both positions that i can not sum up here. However. I happen to know that if you are BOTH, a BDC and an Internet Director in one, then you, are the "chosen one". I have learned to not only master the CRM and the psychological sequence of selling, so that any company that I am working with/for can say. I am the best Communicator they KNOW. I have a strong sales and customer service background and have trained on all of these operations. I have been a BDC Director/Internet Manager for 5 years and have a history of building strong relationships with my vendors. I have worked with Eleads, VinSolutions and CRM Suite. Brand and Product Knowledge Certifications : Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Genesis, Acura, Honda, GMC and Certified Preowned Vehicles.
