About Jennifer Casas

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, I am a seasoned managing director at State Street, and the Global Head of Internal Communications for the organization. I lead a diverse, skilled set of internal communicators, who helped set the culture and establish a sense of belonging to all of those that work at State Street. I have deep expertise in communications, financial services, L&D and corporate finance. As an ESG expert and a CFA charterholder, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights with the next generation of leaders. I teach ESG principles and practices at Boston College as an adjunct professor, introducing students to the cross-collaboration between companies, nonprofits, and other parties in the field of social impact and sustainability. I also advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond, empowering and supporting others to achieve their goals
