A resourceful and people-oriented service industry professional; ready to take on new challenges! When my love of baking didn’t develop into a career, I found that I could produce that same joy by creating positive and memorable experiences for others – hospitality and details are my passions now!Today, I am a practiced hospitality professional. I started my journey as a rotational intern at Cattail, just learning the ropes, and upon graduation quickly rose to the top as the youngest senior level manager and the first Director of Operations. To get to that point, I have learned that it takes a lot to manage a multifaceted team within an integral department…the ability to anticipate needs,an obsessive attention to detailcreative and quick problem solving, quality communication,and a constant smile - have proven to be the most beneficial.In addition to my more mundane skills, like microsoft office suite and general food & beverage knowledge, the above traits and my dedication to professional growth made me confident in my ability an asset to any team.
