About Jennifer Conli

Since beginning my employment at Jones & Roth in 2007, our firm's purpose,"To have a positive impact in people's lives", has always been my primary goal. I have been dedicated to applying our purpose not only to the treatment of our clients, but to the treatment of our staff as well. For 18 years, I have provided excellent client service that focuses not only on our client's accounting and financial planning needs, but also on their personal value as human beings who occasionally need a listening ear or word of encouragement. Currently I perform a wide range of complicated and highly specific tasks with a great degree of accuracy, creativity, and minimal supervision, while coordinating with all other departments in all three of our offices. I am one of two administrative people in the Bend office so I wear many hats. While I perform general office duties to include reception, I also support our tax, assurance, retirement planning and financial services departments. I am also involved in practice development coordinating and attending networking events as well as planning staff and client appreciation events. I truly enjoy being involved in all of our firm's services that we provide to our clients.
