About Jennifer Conte

I am a leadership professional, experienced in both the title and mortgage industry, as well as working in a government position. I have real world experience managing financing accounts for my team. I have many years of knowledge in the field as a senior leader in underwriting and title curative teams. Skilled in many company and industry specific programs. I love figuring it out and working towards a goal to increase production within my company. I know what it takes to be a leader within a growing organization. Being apart of the growth of a company is something I work towards for not just them, but their clients also. It is important to me to build relationships and provide a high quality of service to maintain clients and acquire new ones. I have received leadership training that has made me who I am today – a person who loves working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, developing team members so they feel proud in the work they do and have fun while doing it. It is important to me that team members, team leaders, Directors and other peers know the mission of the team and the impact it has on our clients. Never settling or saying ‘this is how it has always been done’, but instead watching, learning, talking, and collaborating with those who DO the job to find ways to improve their role. Actively listening and creating new initiatives. Following policies and examining risks associated with the position. I also am currently the team manager for my sons hockey team - managing the team schedule, finances, team party planner and any other items that may arise. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family - you can usually find me sitting in an ice rink watching my kids play hockey! I also volunteer for different organizations - SKATE, LJAL by being a team photographer and creating the year book, Gleaners Food Bank, Juliana's Wishes, I have served on the Livonia Hockey Association as a board member, team manager for many years for both of my kids hockey teams.
