About Jennifer Coster

With over two decades of shaping the futures of students and educators, my Director role at Monash College focuses on ensuring that the Monash education and student experience is upheld at all of our international providers. The skills of supporting data-driven insights, collaboration, action research and sharing are pivotal in these efforts. Our team's collaborative spirit and dedication to innovation have led to significant advances in educational practice, benefiting both students and the wider academic community. Serving on the board of English Australia, and advisory boards for the Duolingo English Test and Australian African Foundation for Retention and Opportunity help steer the national conversation about English language learning, English language testing and inclusive schools and workplaces. My commitment to cross-cultural understanding and effective communication underpins a career devoted to the transformative power of education.
