About Jennifer Craig

I am a graduate of The University of Texas in Arlington, with a Masters in Public and Urban Administration. My cohort worked directly on administrative leadership skills for public and nonprofit sectors, while providing emphasis in specialized areas such as capital budgeting, statistical analysis, organizational theories, public policies, procedures, and managerial styles with ethical decision making in our diverse society. I am currently a Senior ERP Resource for PTG, currently located in the DFW area. I currently help to develop requirements and specifications according to project and IT standards. I use conversational language, collaborate with subject matter experts and developers (internally and externally) to establish the business and technical direction, analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs of current clients. I support Core Business Units in Higher Education: Student Systems, Admissions, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and other operations supporting the Client's ERP system. I enjoy being in a social and diverse environment, where I can be creative and encouraging with those around me. Creating a comfortable and friendly environment is a strength of mine, and I enjoy building strong professional relationships internally and externally with my institution. I look forward daily to advancing my career goals in the public sector while strengthening my skills in anything that comes my way.
