About Jennifer Dalton

Currently the Head of Information Security & Infrastructure at ePayPolicy. I'm committed to helping our organization deliver on its promise of cutting edge payment solutions for the insurance space, and bringing our amazing culture to the forefront of everything we do from an information, compliance, and security perspective. Previously the Chief Information Security Officer at Brush Claims, a leading provider of claims management solutions for the insurance industry. In this role, I oversaw Information Security, Development, and Data Science departments, ensuring the integrity and security of systems, as well as the quality and innovation of our products. Separately, I served as the Project Coordinator for Brush's proprietary Claims Management Solution, Hubvia, which leveraged advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to streamline and optimize the claims process for clients and users. I am passionate about delivering world-class customer experience and creating value for our stakeholders through cutting-edge Insurtech solutions. In addition, have been a coach and mentor individuals starting on their path of information security and GRC learning. I taught classes in Interview Mastery and risk management frameworks as a professor at Symposia. I was thrilled to share my passion for data privacy and risk management with the next wave of eGRC talent entering the workforce and apply my real world experience to create engaging learning experiences.
