About Jennifer Deherrera

Jen DeHerrera is a permit compliance manager with fifteen years of experience in the energy industry. She specializes in assessing environmental impacts and permitting of industrial facilities, including assistance in the development of site reclamation, remediation and closure plans. Her experience includes waste water management plans, noise monitoring from drill rigs, stream water sampling, wetland delineations, and wildlife surveys. Ms. Davis has completed permit applications for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. She also has an in depth knowledge of Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) regulations. Ms. Davis has completed training with the Wetland Training Institute to conduct wetland delineations, worked with numerous biologists on various plant and wildlife surveys, and she has conducted numerous threatened and endangered species habitat evaluations and authored reports based on the findings. Jennifer’s primary duties with Apex include monitoring and habitat assessment of sensitive wildlife, and environmental surface inspections and evaluations for oil and gas clients. These duties include field data collection, mapping with geographic information systems (GIS), data entry and analysis, and report preparation.
