With 15+ years of executive assistance and operations management and as a "people person", I have come to believe that every industry in today's market is one of customer satisfaction and relationship building. The best part of any work I do is anticipating future needs and exceeding expectations. In my current position I have fulfilled many roles in order to help make the company not only a family of collaborators but one where no job is too big or too small to be attended to with care and attention. Helping people to achieve their personal best within the framework of policies and processes they have available and working to improve the same provides great personal satisfaction for me. When that personal best contributes to the overall best a company can be I am extremely satisfied. It is this quest for satisfaction that keeps me constantly striving to improve myself professionally and imparting the lessons I have learned to others in any way I am able.
