About Jennifer Devlin

With over a decade of experience in real estate, I bring a deep understanding of the industry and portfolio management to my role as a Senior Leasing Manager at SHAPE Properties. I joined SHAPE in 2025, where I contribute to the leasing strategy and execution across a portfolio of 4.8 million square feet of high-profile, mixed-use retail assets in BC and Alberta. Prior to joining SHAPE, I was a Senior Leasing Manager on First Capital’s West Coast team, overseeing a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centres across Greater Vancouver and Calgary. My focus was on tenant retention, securing new leases, and enhancing property value through strategic leasing initiatives. I began my commercial real estate career in 2016 at Avison Young, where I specialized in landlord representation for office and retail assets. I later transitioned into tenant representation as a Real Estate and Leasing Manager at the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), managing a portfolio of over 100 leased and owned sites across British Columbia. Born and raised in North Vancouver, I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences from UVic (2012) and earned my real estate license through UBC Sauder in 2014. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family, friends, and my beloved spaniel.
