About Jennifer Doescher-Meyer

There are two sides to me that make up the whole. The business side and the personal side. The business side of me has been called an over achieving workaholic. When asked if I am, I will tell you that I am not. Business for me is a natural part of who I am. Having a chance to connect and help people is what I have done as far back as I can remember. Always looking for ways to help others is the approach I take on in business. Following the theory that everyone is connected by six degrees. Not everyone is an immediate connection, however there is always a connection somewhere down the line. Failure is not an option in my life. That doesn't mean that I don't make mistakes. Mistakes and failure are two different things when you choose to learn from them. As a person, and as a company, we will not always be perfect. It is important to keep the communication lines open so we can fix the issues that come up. Rarely does anything go smoothly in construction. Approaching things head on and facing one issue at a time, I believe fixes things. By taking on the leadership role and desire to connect with a "can-do attitude" has brought me into the role of being an Operations Director which includes overseeing multiple teams for a corporation that has multiple companies within. The personal side of me includes two boys who are my heart and soul. I love spending time with them. I interact very much with my boys. Guiding them to be considerate, gracious and have an empathy for others. It is my job to leave the world two little men who will be honest and loyal in their careers, love what they do, and most importantly grow to become honorable men.
